Welcome to Alabama, nicknamed the Cotton State or Yellowhammer State. No, we are not talking about the Alabama football program, the crimson's tide.
Did you know you can become a P.E. engineer without a degree in Alabama? Obviously, there is a catch; you have to meet certain conditions.
There are 7 paths to PE licensure in Alabama. For all the paths, Alabama will NEVER waive the PE AND FE Exam, so you will have to take both exams, no matter what
Path 1
Path 2
Path 3
Path 4
Path 5
-? Be licensed initially in some state as a PE before Dec 31, 2005

2 周It takes a lot of additional work to figure out if there are really anyone eligible through some of these paths. Most other jurisdictions have degree/experience requirements that eliminate the non-degreed.
