I am excited to see The CSR Journal launch the SWAG (Social Welfare and Growth) Awards 2016 to recognize individuals making a positive social impact.
It is an opportunity to bring forward selfless initiatives of individuals from across India. Social responsibility begins with the understanding and awareness of each individual. SWAG Awards 2016 is the beginning of a journey to recognize and encourage ordinary citizens of this country doing extraordinary work.
The Awards aims to honor efforts and bring to the forefront work within the following categories:

- Women Empowerment and Child Welfare
- Environment and Agriculture
- Sports
- Health and Sanitation
