- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining web and mobile applications.
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect scalable and maintainable codebase, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in full stack development, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Demonstrated self-starter with a strong sense of independence, motivation, and dedication to achieving goals.
- R&D Team Leader with proven track record .
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience with React.js, React Native, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in design principles and user interface (UI) development (preferred).
- Familiarity with dev-ops tools such as #AWS and Serverless is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field (preferred).
- Experience with GraphQL is advantageous.
