First... last week was epic and spicy at the SVK Network with over 30lbs. of intense fresh foodie content that truly shared a ton of insights all focused around and on our industry. We also celebrated Asian Heritage Month with a special guest chef and legend, Vikram Vij. We'll list a link below to each of these spicy recordings, please take a few minutes to check them out. Secondly... this week we're Live from the World Chef Congress & Expo 2022, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates with the Culinary Federation's President, Chef Ryan Marquis for a little behind the scenes show of this exciting world-class event.

Foodies this Wednesday June 1st @11am EST we take on foodservice food inflation once again LIVE this time with Chef Ted Young. Chef Ted will showcase dish ideas to combat food inflation and cut costs using Just Egg and Sysco's Wholesome Farm's products.

With rising costs of ingredients and labor shortages, finding new innovative menu items that your guests will crave has become even harder to execute.

Focusing on trends and looking for alternatives to the typical lunch and appetizer menu selection, Chef Chris we'll be creating a few handhelds, bowls and appetizers to help everyone think outside the box this summer. LIVE @11am June 2nd on Sysco Canada's Social Channels.
