WHAT a WEEK Foodies we have ahead for you at the SVK Network... I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about the shows we have booked for this week.

BTW we just celebrated our 2 year anniversary, from garage to our new studio, what's next my foodie fans!

LIVE with Matt Rolfe "Around the booth" SVK Network show with guest Jennifer Belanger, General Manager for the Bruce Hotel in Stratford Ontario.

Then the Rockstar Margot Swindall visit's us from Techonomic on Thursday, LIVE and recently back from the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. Can't wait to hear Margot's insights about our industry and this flipping food inflation.

Friday is always Foodservice Influencer Friday's at SVK! Chef Eli tackles "Just Egg" plant-based egg substitues. Good, Great or Wow... No Bites Before Chef! This should be a FIF that you don't want to miss out on.

Then we finish off this short but fulfilled week celebrating "Asian Heritage Month" at the SVK Network with the legendary Chef, Author & Restaurateur, Vij Vikram. Yup, this dragon is in the kitchen this week!
