GH4080A high temperature alloy, also known as GH80A, the corresponding US steel number is Nimonic 80A and UNS N07080. It is a nickel-based high temperature alloy that achieves precipitation hardening by adding elements such as aluminum and titanium. It has the following performance characteristics:

Good creep resistance: It has good creep resistance in the range of 650℃-850℃, and can maintain shape and dimensional stability for a long time in high temperature environment.

Oxidation resistance: The alloy has good oxidation resistance and can resist oxidation and corrosion in high temperature oxidizing environment.

Good hot and cold processing performance: GH4080A alloy has good hot and cold processing performance, which is convenient for manufacturing parts of various shapes and sizes.

High temperature strength: It can still maintain high strength at high temperature and is suitable for high temperature working environment.

Good corrosion resistance: It has a certain resistance to corrosive media such as acids and alkalis.
