Responsibilities for Associate (Account Management)/ Employee Referral -

• Take a high volume of inbound customer calls on a variety of different issues
• Answer inbound chats to provide exceptional customer service
• Update and input customer details and contact notes accurately into the system
• Resolve customer problems in a timely fashion and deliver on customer commitments
• Respond to inquiries about products and services, processing payments or performing general account maintenance
• Up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged
• Demonstrated ability to perform at high level to support our high level of inbound calls
• Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.

Responsibilities of Back Office Analyst -

• Responsible for auditing of cases/ tickets and summarizing it at different categories
• Driving efficiency in terms reducing backlog of cases
• Investigate customer complaints
• Recommend, implement and monitor preventive and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
• Conduct detailed statistical analysis to identify trends, issues and areas for improvement in process quality
• Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancement to products and processes.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For associate (account management), employee referral posts, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 and for back office analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
