We are hiring Recruiters for our Recruitment team

Candidate will be on Contract initially (6 months), later moved on-rolls based on performance.

Experience: 1 - 2 year

Only Immediate Joiners (Should join us in 2 days)

Should have relevant work experience in LinkedIn Sourcing and End-to-End Recruitment activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, Screening & Validating profiles for open positions assigned to them and to the team within timelines
• Interview schedule, shortlisting, follow up with Stakeholder to understand offer closure.
• Plan and focus on achieving our key metrics like Sourcing, screening, Scheduling, Document collection, Offer negotiation and Onboarding formalities.
• Maintaining database and updating daily activities in Trackers.
• Preparing the sourcing strategy & plan along with Manager.
• Attending intake calls with team members to discuss job requirements, selection criteria requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• 6 Days working
• Candidate must be flexible to work extended hours as per business requirements.
• Should possess unique sourcing techniques or Out of Box ideas to generate database.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proven academic record.
• Should be a Go-getter.
