What gets in the way of continued high achievement?

You have the advanced skills and knowledge.

The effort is always the thing to examine.

Is the effort the same?

The withdrawal from effort focus is mostly where people go wrong. Something often interferes with giving sustained great effort.

What interferes with your best effort?

Complacency and Emotional Stress are the primary things that get in the way.

The sharpness of your emotional drive can be reduced in the blink of adversity, or in the achievement of an outstanding, rewarding goal.

In a recent interview on adversity New England Patriots QB Tom Brady said:

"There's a physical element, an emotional element, and a mental element. Everything has to come together for you to be the best version of yourself. And it takes alot of support. It takes alot of people. There are moments when it is very challenging, and you need somebody to help you push through the hard parts, because it is not at all easy."

Who helps push you through the hard parts?

The support you need to continue to excel must take into account your ability to offset pressure and stress. If you'd like to sharpen your mindset, reach out and talk with me.
