Sustainable Staffing Profile


Back in the fall of 2015, Employers Logic had engaged with Mary McBride, who at the time was a director of operations of a local staffing firm in Woodstock, IL. We were presenting her with our back-office solutions that are ideal for start-ups and small to mid-size firms that are looking to eliminate risk, avoid big overhead expenditures and gain access to funding that can lead to unlimited growth in local markets.

She was impressed with our lines of service and made the indication that she would present them to her ownership. As is often the case with established business, her efforts to get " buy-in" to take a look at a different way of operating was falling on deaf ears. As her frustration continued to grow, she was soon coming to realize that Employers Logic's solutions might be the right fit for her to launch out on her own.

After a few months of radio silence, Mary reached back out to Employers Logic for an opportunity to further discuss and discover how our programs worked. By the end of that meeting, she was indicating that she was moving forward in her own business, Sustainable Staffing. We were very excited for her but also a bit skeptical on the timelines she was indicating that she would have the business ready to go (two weeks).

Much to the amazement of Employers Logic, Sustainable Staffing had an office, a federal tax id number and first client on board all within the two weeks! Sheer determination and desire to be a success was indicated at every turn in regard to Mary and her new business, Sustainable Staffing.

As much as I would like to share figures on the first year of sales and revenue, Employers Logic was extremely impressed with the numbers. Year two saw over 100% growth and this year a new office has been opened in Belvidere, IL.

With resources and plans in place, Sustainable Staffing has established itself well in the Northern Illinois market for providing great employees, client service and going the extra distance to get things done. Employers Logic couldn't be more humble to call Sustainable Staffing our client and know that their future is truly Sustainable!
