Sustainable Packaging Newsletter Edition 25 Epack and more!
Las Vegas then Boston and finally Chicago all in three weeks. I have to admit it's not easy but it's very fulfilling and I've learned so much and made so many great connections.
Epack is a Smithers research event focusing on e commerce and it had a heavy focus on sustainable packaging. Or more specifically the future of sustainable ecommerce packaging.
Let's start with some great pictures and letting you all know who was there:
The event kicked off with the amazing Brittany Onslow who organized the whole event. She really put together a great show and a very insightful group of presenters.
representing Orora Packaging Solutions and Sustainable Packaging Podcast with Cory Connors
the brilliant and hilarious Brent Lindberg is the head of Fuseneo, Inc. and presented many times. Well done Brent!
Brent Lindberg and Chelsey Evans and Ryan Therrien and Vivian W. gave some great examples and some very unique perspectives on their experiences with Direct to Consumer packaging needs. This was a high light for me.
the amazing Chantal Emmanuel from LimeLoop talking about her incredible company and how their tech can make packaging reusable and trackable and so much more!
These stats blew me away! How demanding consumers have become has certainly affected our ability to packaging items efficiently.
some great definitions.
This is Daniel Rubenstein and his presentation was really great. Certainly the best lawyer on the stage (he was really funny) I'm impressed by what he and his firm can do to help us all avoid making false claims on packaging about sustainability and so much more.
some great insights from Danny.
Shelly Nirvelli and Lael Hamilton and Liza Antolick put together some great insights on automation in packaging and how large retailers are working towards sustainable packaging.
The incredible Saloni Doshi and Meghan K. Olson gave very insightful talks about their businesses and how they are addressing companies that are working towards more sustainable packaging.
