3 个月Great article. Thank you Cory. At EPR Group Consulting, a multi-disciplinary consulting group dedicated exclusively to EPR packaging laws, we are preparing Preliminary Producer Evaluation Reports for our clients -- a cost effective way to identify whether a company is a producer and in what states and for what categories of materials. Makes sense to do this before applicable deadlines for PRO registration/participation apply. Colorado is the first applicable requirement, with an October 1, 2024 registration requirement.
