Moving ahead from my last article on the Success Enablement framework - here is a deeper dive into the SE framework - SOAR.

SOAR isn't just about setting goals and achieving them; it's a revolutionary approach to performance that empowers individuals and organizations to thrive by focusing on what truly matters:

1. Aspiration as the Engine:

  • Ditch cookie-cutter goals and forced ambition. SOAR ignites your intrinsic desires, your personal Everest, the dreams that light your fire. It's not about ticking boxes, but about chasing what truly excites you.
  • Vision Quest: This collaborative journey helps you define your aspirations, not just generic goals. It's a conversation, not a checklist, where you discover your purpose and shape your dreams into a roadmap for success.

2. Milestones as Stepping Stones:
