• John Stone Kenmare Select Atlantic Smoked Salmon Jelly with Oscietra Caviar and Braised Irish Silver Hill Duck with deep-Fried Taro Puree: A sophisticated starter that blends the delicate flavors of smoked Irish salmon with the luxurious touch of Oscietra caviar, complemented by the rich taste of braised duck and crispy taro puree.
• Braised Irish Hampshire Pork with Preserved Vegetable and Braised Sea Cucumber: A harmonious blend of braised Irish Hampshire pork and sea cucumber, paired with traditional preserved vegetables for a taste of Teochew heritage.
• Braised Irish John Stone Dry-Aged Beef Rib Served in Red Wine Reduction with Mustard Leaf: Succulent dry-aged beef rib from John Stone, braised to perfection and served with a rich red wine reduction and mustard leaf.
• Stewed Mee Pok with Prawn and Irish Silver Hill Duck in Homemade Mala X.O Sauce: A spicy and savory delight featuring stewed mee pok noodles with succulent prawn and Irish Silver Hill duck, elevated by a robust Homemade Mala X.O sauce.
