According to the World Economic Forum 's Global Risk Report 2024, environmental risks continue to dominate the risk landscape over all time frames. Global Risks Perception Survey (GRPS) respondents rank extreme weather as the top risk most likely to present a material crisis on a global scale in 2024. PepsiCo's Quaker Oats?brand aims to streamline recyclability and remove a yearly estimate of up to 200 tonnes of plastic by transitioning into paper packaging across its porridge pot range.
