Susie saves you a Grand (￡1,000!)

Here's how to save a Grand (￡1,000) when you are doing Buy to Sell Projects, and give yourself white goods for the property you buy with all the profits you have made in your Buy to Sell life.

So, install white goods into the Buy to Sell, but think of them as temporary, and bump your white goods from Buy to Sell to Buy to Sell project, up to 5 times over (NEVER write 'with white goods, d'oh!) then pop them into a Buy to Keep after about 5 goes. It may bet bumped around, but actually they are well used (but never turned on) and shifted from house to house that you sell, before you place them for ever into a house that you rent out.

Simple, saved you a grand!
