Susan Rann, CEO of Paylink Solutions, steps down with Jake Ranson appointed as her successor

Today we announce the departure of Susan Rann from her position as CEO after five years of exceptional service in that role. While we are saddened to see Susan leave, we are eternally grateful to her for all that has been achieved under her leadership and the significant impact she has had on our people, products, and culture.

Under Susan, Paylink has solidified and grown its position as the most trusted provider of digital customer affordability solutions in the UK. Although Susan will be stepping down from her role as CEO, she will remain connected to the business in an advisory capacity.

We are pleased to announce Jake Ranson as the new CEO of Paylink Solutions. With 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Jake brings a deep knowledge of our sector along with a track record of delivering positive customer outcomes.
