SUS Overseas New Staff Orientation and Training Successfully Completed

Our first batch of SUS overseas new employees from Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and more have embarked on an unforgettable journey at our Shanghai headquarters. From November 7-8, they underwent systematic introductory training and immersed themselves in the SUS unique corporate culture.

The heads of each business department conducted an excellent onboarding course for the new employees, which enabled them to gain insight into SUS's extensive history, pioneering business model and future strategy. This experience provided a foundation for employees from diverse cultural backgrounds to fully comprehend SUS's mission, vision and values. Following the training, the new employees visited the SUS Ningbo project site and observed the waste incineration power generation process first-hand. The Human Resources Centre put together a half-day tour of Shanghai for the new employees to give them a real taste of Chinese culture and the Shanghai style. The beautiful, clean, modern metropolis of China has made everyone even more determined to build a better living environment for their hometown.
