They survived the taunts, abuses, and sometimes other ways to demoralization.

Most of the time, the biggest obstacle to your success is the narrow minded and prejudiced mentality of your family. 

No matter how smartly established and hard working you're in the society, just because they've faced an altogether different underdeveloped era and culture of society they still think it is the same time and people the current generation is going to deal with. 

Since 1950 to 2016 they find no difference neither did they try to upgrade themselves with the time.

I'm teaching the married and unmarried working women who do not belong to potential class of society.Some if them are single mothers earning 8- 10k per month to survive working in group D services. 

With the help of a foundation I had been associated with for over three years ,I fought, persuaded and talked with their families, parents and in-laws to make them understand the importance of confidence, personality, skilled educational and applied language learning without any external support.

I'm happy that the 48 women under me are confident enough to deal with their day today activities and disputes of the society. They speak confidently and are rather proud to be single mothers. They're focused to get good education for their kids and making them good citizen of India.

However, the major problems I face is the negative attitude of their families. Emotional and mental torture by the other members of their families.No recognition to their efforts of doing their bit to improve their living.Taunts, abuses and sometimes other ways to demoralize them.

Mental torture causes much more suffering than physical abuses, due to law and order they cannot use violence but there's a hidden weapon such families use of withdrawing the support.

Many women left me due to this pressure and which is painful for me too because they apologize and cry for being weak. Even I feel failed in this situation.

I tell you,some families and their mentalities are the cause of degradation of our society, no matter how many efforts you make, you are left with nothing in your hand and you have to step back.

And this problem is with every class of our society, no matter how educated, well posted, good earning families you belong to, in some or other way they go by their prejudiced mentality, perceptions and ideologies to pull you back from success and progress.

I become a part of the hatred of the families, but I don't get de-motivated and try my best to be the change I want to see.
