As we bring in the season, We Celebrate the first of February. Happy Black History Month. Thanks to Dr. Carter G. Woodson, world class historian.?

We have a month dedicated to learning about the triumphs & tragedies attributed to the Pan African world.?

He is known for publishing the Negro History Bulletin & Miseducation of the Negro. He was an educator who spread his message through his works of art.

Carter G. Woodson was the second African American to receive a doctorate from Harvard. He was born in 1875 & passed on in 1950.?

He is noted for saying “If you can control a man’s thinking, you don’t have to worry about what he does.” Our free will is what makes us free. Our ability to make our own decisions for the world is in our hands. Let’s show love to Dr. Carter G. Woodson because he is the reason for Black History Month.

What is Pan Africanism?

It is the belief that all people come from the motherland continent of Africa.?It is the belief that we all share a common culture & ancestry which we will eventually return too.

Ultimately the goal is to return to our roots whether we acknowledge it or not. We represent the new Pan African movement where all people across the globe will return to the motherland & bridge the gap. We will fix the errors done by colonialism. We will fix the horrors done by hate. We will fix all that was done to drain the motherland of her most beautiful resource, the people.

Biography of?Marcus Garvey

He is regarded as the true father of Pan Africanism. He is seen as a man who influenced the world.?

He is considered a prophet in the Rastafarian spirituality & across the African diaspora. If it wasn't for Marcus Garvey there wouldn't be a Bob Marley.

He inspired the modern day Back to Africa movement.

I become so afraid that my body remains stuck in place

So perfect it leaves my eyes gazing

Searching for words 2 be more engaging

As I find my mind and catch my heart

I realize, we are many worlds apart

Keeping a Positive Vibe & Enlightened Mind

During this time, we look to maintain a feeling of optimism despite the world’s ills. Things have changed but everything remains the same. We are facing a new world. We determine who we are in this world that was given to us. We tell our stories to explain our origin. There is no point in staying negative. We must look to the future with bright eyes.?

Mind your vibe. Choose your tribe. Be careful with who you choose to be with. Vibrate on a higher level. Light up the world around you by being a light within. It is dark outside but we for every dark night there is a brighter day after that. Focus on the brighter days. It leads to an enlightened mind. For every positive vibe, there is an enlightened mind.?

Building Our Schools of the Future

Education is the key to nation building. We must bridge the gap between those Africans who have been removed from Africa for generations. This is a relationship that must be fostered for the advancement of all Africans across the globe.??

With the foundation of education from PASU, students will graduate with the ability to compete in a global market. Access to higher education in any country of their choosing.

“Pan African Schools of the Universe is a K-12 international private school network aimed at building the universal whole child of the next generation through self actualization & emphasis on the “mindbodysoul” of each student. By bridging the gap of cross-cultural communication, P.A.S.U will recruit, train & connect educators of the African diaspora”

The venture is an international school network called Pan African Schools of the Universe which will be in each country across the globe. The new generation of students coming from countries such as Haiti, and Liberia are under 60% literacy rate. Most children of school age are not attending school either because they don’t have access to quality education. We aim to change that for the present & future.?

To provide a global, holistic education which leads students to self-actualization. Focus on building the mind, body & soul of our students. Build the New Generation of a Universal African Scholar
