Survey to help select a cover design

I'm trying to decide on the cover design a volume of poetry entitled "Dragon Waif" and have set up survey to help me find out what people think.

There are 7 questions relating to 7 cover designs. You may note that there are only 6 cover designs but the 7th is essentially the Yellow text On Black version but with Gold Foil instead of Yellow.

Four of the designs are mine:

Red Text on Glossy Black

Yellow Text on Glossy Black

Gold Foil on Glossy Black

and

The Barren branches against Winter Skies

The three remaining ones I knocked up with Pre-made covers available on SelfPubBookcovers.com which has lots of really nice pre-made covers that you can edit and which are reasonably priced.

You can also contact the artists / designers directly if you want to ask them if they do commissions. You can even send them your own photos and/or art to use in the cover design which is an option I am considering.

The main problem is that these pre-made covers are only available for purchase until someone buys them so ... I'm hoping that the ones I'm considering do not get snapped up before people take the survey. Otherwise I guess it will be back to square one.

So if you have time please have a look at the cover designs and take the survey. All you need to do is indicate on a scale of 1-5 what you thing about each version.
