Sara Bush is Senior Director of Golf Relations for Folds of Honor. ?In that role, Sara and her team earn significant funds through the game of golf to provide academic scholarships for the families of fallen or disabled military and first responders. ?In 2014, one of Sara’s closest friends, Jurley Torian, tragically lost her husband, Master Sergeant Aaron Torian, during his sixth military deployment leaving their family devastated. Folds of Honor quickly stepped in and provided all three children with educational scholarships to a local private school meeting their unique educational needs. Sara joined Folds of Honor in 2018 after serving as Head Professional and then Director of Golf at Country Club of Landfall (Wilmington, NC). ?With Folds of Honor, she has been responsible for the continued growth of Patriot Golf Days, the nation’s largest grassroots golf fundraiser celebrated over Memorial Day weekend, as well as Folds of Honor HERO100 Golf Marathons, tournaments, and securing significant corporate partners. ?She was elevated to her present position in 2022. ?She Joins Vic Verchereau in a great discussion on the Leadership Lowdown! ?Grab you golf cap and come along!
