How as business leaders are you inspired? You drive your particular area of responsibility with the aim of delivering what is expected. Are those expectations you work so hard to achieve set by people who inspire you? Throughout a career you will move within companies learning about yourself and from others. After reading many, many books, listening to TED talks, attending seminars, speaking to people far more worldly wise than myself, I came to a very simple conclusion I wanted to share. Belief in the ability to achieve comes from within. Creating that belief and inspiring others comes from surrounding yourself, up and down within your organisation, with those who also have the desire and belief to inspire.
