Surrendering the Right to Vote

Some say our U. S. Constitution doesn't give us the right to vote. Even though the Constitution's position on the right to vote is not as clearly defined as the right to bear arms in the Second Amendment or the right to a speedy trial in the Sixth Amendment, the Constitution is quite clear about the fact that we all have the “right to vote”.
Thee 14th Amendment to the U. S. Constitution
The first time the phrase “right to vote” is used in our Constitution is in the 14th Amendment (Section 2), which states:
“But when the right to vote at any election … is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such state, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such state.”
According to The Colleges of Law blog, “Since the addition of the 14th Amendment, the U.S. Constitution has been amended four more times to prohibit states from denying the right to vote based on race, color, or previous condition of servitude (15th Amendment), sex (19th Amendment), failure to pay poll tax (24th Amendment), and age, 18 years and older (26th Amendment). “
The 2020 Election
On Tuesday, November 3, 2020, probably the most important election in the history of the United States was held. Late Tuesday night, President Trump held such a commanding lead in most of the battleground states, it appeared that there was no way he could lose the election. On Wednesday morning, as if by magic, President Trump had lost his lead in most of the battleground states. It was at this point that many people began to question our voting process.
Main Stream Media
Even while votes were being counted and are still being counted right now, various media outlets announced Presidential Candidate Joe Biden the winner on Saturday afternoon, four days after Election Day, after he had allegedly won the state of Pennsylvania.
It is important to understand that the media does not determine who the next president will be. The Electoral College actually chooses the president under the U. S. Constitution, once the process of counting and verifying the ballots is completed.
State of Georgia
Due to pressure from other Georgia Republicans over voting irregularities and mismanagement of the state's election process, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger declared that a manual recount of the ballots cast in the presidential race would be conducted.
Once the recount began, it was soon determined that this recount was just a waste of time. One of the problems with this recount is the inability to verify voter ID's. Raffensperger explains this recount irregularity in an interview with Newsmax:
“There have been allegations that some votes had signatures that didn't match what were on file or even on the envelopes, and Raffensperger admitted that there are some cases in which the ballots and envelopes are no longer together, where in others, they are still linked.”
Marcia Ridley, Spalding County Board of Elections supervisor explained an unusual occurrence the night before the election.
“Ridley initially told POLITICO on Nov. 3 that Dominion, which prepares the poll books for counties before elections, “uploaded something last night, which is not normal, and it caused a glitch.” The glitch prevented poll workers from programming the voter smart cards for the voting machines. “
State of Pennsylvania
Even after a court handed down a decision to allow President Trump's re-election campaign close-up observation of the counting of ballots in Pennsylvania, they were still denied access and some were even threatened with arrest.
Rep. Guy Reschenthaler, R-Pa, made the following statements concerning voter fraud in a Newsmax interview on November 10, 2020:
"We know that there are facts in place that show there was fraud," Reschenthaler told Tuesday's "American Agenda." "How much fraud? That's a questions that needs to be fought out in the court. But it's irrefutable that there was fraud that took place. We have sworn affidavits.
"A sworn affidavit is the definition of evidence."
"We have evidence at play that says supervisors in Erie [Pennsylvania] at the Post Office were told to backdate ballots that were coming in," he continued, adding in Philadelphia, "we as Republicans were kept out of the count of those absentee ballots.
An article in The Wall Street Journal, dated November 9, 2020 states:
“A group of 10 Republican state attorneys general filed an amicus brief on Monday supporting Pennsylvania Republicans in asking the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse the state’s three-day extension for receiving mail-in ballots. “
Dominion Voting Systems
Jeanna Ellis, senior advisor for the Trump campaign, made the following statement in a Newsmax interview:
"It's a feature where they're able to take votes that are cast for President Trump and change them to Joe Biden," Ellis said of the machines coming from Dominion, which was founded in Venezuela. "They're able to then also add ballots, and count ballots multiple times. This is a feature."
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton made the following comments about the Dominion Voting Systems:
"There is a reason that Texas rejected it," Paxton told "Stinchfield" host Grant Stinchfield. "We didn't do it arbitrarily. We knew that these were unreliable systems. We didn't want to trust them.
"We didn't want to be in the same situation that some of these other states are in now where we're questioning the results, so we clearly believe that this was a problem."
Paxton said Texas tested Dominion software up to three different times, beginning in 2012, each time finding system failures in both hardware and software.
"We discovered that these systems are subject to different types of unauthorized manipulation and potential fraud," he said.
Our right to cast a vote in a free election is the bedrock of democracy. Choosing not to vote is not rebellion against our system of government, it is the purest form of surrendering our rights under state and federal laws.
This year's voting effort was complicated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Many people chose to vote early or by mail, making the counting of votes in some states very slow. Major news networks, like CBS, NBC, FOX News and others prematurely called this election before all the votes were counted.
Why are we not hearing about the many court cases challenging this election to make sure that every legal vote is counted and every illegal vote is thrown out? Could it be that the mainstream media networks are part of this attempted coup?
By allowing states to illegally change voting laws, count votes of people who died before the election, count votes of those who moved out of state prior to the election, or use voting systems that have been proven to be subject to fraud is basically surrendering our right to vote. Please understand, illegal votes make legal votes null and void.
Is it possible that Joe Biden's alleged victory was corruptly engineered by the Democratic far left and a faulty Dominion Voting System? The only thing that Joe Biden can say is “Count all the votes.” Does he mean “illegal”, as well as, “legal”?
Some have called the 2020 Election the “Greatest Theft in the History of America”. Once we are denied one specific right, it won't be long until we are denied others.
It would seem that every registered citizen of these United States, Democrat, Republican or Independent, would want to know the truth to preserve everyone's “right to vote” under the Constitution.
If Presidential Candidate Joe Biden even hopes to be President of these United States, why isn't he behind the fight to know the truth and insure the American people that our election system is free and fair?
This election isn't over!
