SURIYA P - Hello, everyone! My name is Surya, and I hail from the beautiful city of Madurai. My journey into the world of TQI ("Talent Quest for India") has been one of transformation, growth, and unexpected opportunities.

I embarked on this journey back in 2019, driven by a deep desire to contribute and make a difference. Initially, my professional path led me through mechanical engineering and then into the field of logistics. However, my heart longed for something more fulfilling.

It was during an event organized by TQI, aimed at teaching school students in Avadi, that I found my calling. Teaching had always been my passion, but circumstances led me down a different path. Nevertheless, I seized the opportunity and began teaching students every week, starting in June 2019.

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 posed new challenges, particularly for students lacking access to smartphones for remote learning. Through the initiative of phone mentoring, I found a way to continue impacting lives, one student at a time. Slowly but steadily, my efforts expanded, and I assumed the role of Zone Head for the north side, overseeing two colleges.

One of my fondest memories stems from my time in Kanchipuram, where the enthusiasm and engagement of the students were truly inspiring. Witnessing their eagerness to learn reaffirmed my commitment to education and community service.

TQI has been instrumental in shaping not only my professional trajectory but also my personal growth. The platform provided me with opportunities to hone my teaching skills, connect with like-minded individuals, and give back to society in meaningful ways.

Through TQI, I've learned the power of knowledge sharing, resilience, and the importance of fostering connections. Each interaction, event, and milestone has contributed to my journey of becoming an influential figure among students and peers alike.
