In its 36th?year, the Offshore Achievement Awards have reached something of a cult status when it comes to recognising the outstanding work undertaken by companies and individuals across the North Sea offshore energy industry and beyond.?

Our Scottish odyssey continued this month, as guests of Eric Hathon of Capricorn Energy at the Scottish Energy Forum Annual Dinner, where we met up with faces familiar and new, and heard from Energy Transition expert, Laura Sandys CBE, chair of the?Government's Energy Digitalisation Taskforce?and Nick Robinson of the BBC.
