Surface Hub 2S - finally

I have been waiting for more than a year for this announcement from Microsoft. Finally the Surface Hub 2S was announced today.

Just to give you a short summery of the device, I have done some screenshots during the technical walk through. The Surface Hub 2S will be available from mid-summer. But to make sure to get yours first, make sure to reach out to your local Maverick people.

Microsoft have made a great effort in making really good audio. The Surface Hub 2S have eight beamforming mics.

Microsoft have also done a great job in optimizing voice clarity - which they call Smart Voice Automatic Gain Control

The Surface Hub 2S have two front facing wide band stereo speakers in the upper corners and a bass module

Surface Hub 2S have four USB-C connections around the display for connecting the Surface Hub 2 camera

On the button of the Surface Hub 2S you will have the CPU cartridge, which later can be changed to upgrade to Surface Hub 2X in 2020. The cartridge have connections for connecting external devices.

Please note that the will also be a battery available, so you can actually move the Surface Hub 2S during a meeting. This battery will last for around two hours.

The Surface Hub 2S will be delivered with one camera and one active pen, which is powered by a AAA battery. A nice new feature is the Lasso button which we know from a normal Surface pen.

The Surface Hub 2 camera will have a 90-degree horizontal field of view (HFOV)
