Supreme Truth
Anger, pride, deceit, and greed are all manifestations of our Moha (delusion), and these passions cloud our understanding of truth. To grasp the truth, we must control these emotions by reducing our dependence on external things. As we become less influenced by external factors, we feel more independent and can see things more clearly, and only then can we truly understand the truth. Good advice and positive thoughts can only stay within us when we have controlled or are in the process of controlling these passions to some extent.
All substances, including living beings, matter, time, and space, possess an innate nature of existence. They cannot be brought into being or destroyed, but can only undergo transformation. Realizing this fundamental truth about the universe and oneself can cultivate fearlessness by understanding the eternal and enduring nature of one's own existence. Additionally, this realization can facilitate heightened awareness of one's own thoughts, emotions, and feelings and foster a spirit of observation. Anyone with such an enlightened perception always speaks the truth and is beneficial and kind.
