Supreme Court stuns experts with 7-2 ruling in Trump tax case: Immediate Consequences are decades of criminal contributions to Trump go to Grand Jury

This is it. I.e. Decades of criminal activity will go to a Grand Jury and that there is no way that Trump can or will be able to deflect as to stopping this document collection. i.e. he can try to defy the USSC court but it will mean that if he does so, that his party, the GOP if it supports him will be then rightfully be cited as being in cahoots with an effort to destroy the US Constitution

Predictably Trump is screaming about "Presidential harassment".

Not by a long shot.

What it means is that D.J. Trump will be legally cited as being in receipt of funds from the Russian Mafia, and others.

It is time to break out the virtual Champaign bottles and to realize that Trump has NO argument other than a "right to rule" fantasy which contravenes the US Constitution.

While Congress may have to wait, the dam has broken as to rampant denial of the obvious that Trump is a bought and paid for asset of the Kremlin.

We will see that Trump WILL try to defy the USSC ruling, 7-2, but in doing so he will be then clearly in defiance of the US Constitution.

In a 7-2 decision that surprised many court observers, the Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that President Donald Trump cannot block a subpoena from the Manhattan district attorney seeking his tax returns.

“Two hundred years ago, a great jurist of our Court established that no citizen, not even the President, is categorically above the common duty to produce evidence when called upon in a criminal proceeding. We reaffirm that principle,” Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the decision.

The court sent the case back to lower courts for further proceedings. Axios described the ruling as “a stinging loss for Trump, who has fought relentlessly to keep these records secret.”

Unlike all of his predecessors since Richard Nixon in the 1970s, New York real estate mogul Trump refused to release his tax returns, despite promising to do so during his 2016 White House campaign.

Trump made his fortune a key component of that campaign, and his lack of transparency raises questions about his true worth and possible conflicts of interest.

It is the beginning of the End for the Trump criminal project. Look to Trump trying to defy the USSC , and to try to enlist Barr in this activity.
