"What I have now got is all the questions that I wished I'd asked. Every employer has got to show their commitment to making adjustments where they're required and where people need that. Whilst it is common, don't trivialise it because everybody's journey is different.

Everyone's journey is different and don't compare, just because x was able to come to work through their treatment doesn't mean that person who's just told you about their diagnosis is going to have the same response. It's not one size fits all."
