Supporting your Data strategy in 2020

The Data market has drastically transformed these past couple of years, with every Business starting to realise that they're driven by Data.

Each Company *understandably* wants to get ahead of their Competitors.

. . This reason being the very explanation of the sudden boom and huge influx of Data roles across the UK.  

This has created a competitive Candidate driven market with Companies of all sizes to source and attract the best talent in the industry.

What Companies fail to understand, is that Data is more than just ‘Technology’.

It isn't solved from throwing increasing amounts of money at DWH's or Data-lakes.

Valuable Data is like Gold Dust. The sooner Companies realise and accept this evolutional concept of Data being a driving factor of success, the sooner they can appreciate the advantage they will hold over their Competitors.

The key to success is creating a Data “Culture” across the business.

I am proud to introduce Myself as a Specialist within our Data & Analytics vertical, to which I utilise my extensive Knowledge and Network obtained over many years to ensure I can access anyone in the Industry.

My plan for 2020 is to help Candidates and Companies a-like, by providing them market expertise and of course by finding the best talent in the market (I had to put in at least one Shameless Recruitment Plug!)

I am speaking with Senior Leaders within the Data space on a daily basis, learning of the challenges that most are faced with when coming into a new Business.

My intentions with these Businesses are to help them understand the value in Data, whilst enhancing their current Data Architecture maturity.

I've always wanted to create a community within the Data space so like-minded individuals can share their thoughts and ideas on how we can move the industry forward.

The passion I hold for this topic is the reason why I am delighted to announce that we are looking to run some events in the next few months.
