Work-life integration is a holistic approach that seeks to blend personal and professional needs (Society for Human Resources Management, 2023). Although some may view balance as a ‘healthier’ option due to its clear separation of work and personal life, integration has been shown to enhance workplace flexibility, reduce stress and burnout, increase job satisfaction, and improve mental health (WellRight, 2024).
