Supporting Women in the Workplace
We celebrated International Women's Day on the 8th of March, but it should not end there. Empowering women in the workplace should be a continuous movement. Creating awareness through #BreakTheBias and supporting women in the workplace is a step in the right direction to creating a culture that is inclusive and free of gender biases. As we are about to end the first quarter of 2022, let's reflect and rethink our approaches to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, so that we can promote a sense of Belonging and build toward a workplace culture that empowers women in our organizations.

Do our actions portray biased behaviors, even if it is unconsciously? How can organizations improve, moving forward, in creating awareness and ensuring that these biases (and others) are indeed broken?
