Supporting Women in Construction Week and International Women’s Day 2024

WIC Week?, or Women in Construction Week?, celebrates and promotes the role of women in the construction industry.

This year's theme, 'Keys to the Future', celebrates the strength and knowledge of women and the vital role they play in shaping the future of the construction industry.

Construction firms of all sizes and types are encouraged to participate in WIC Week and show their support for their women employees. They can also find events to participate near them on the event calendar. (https://wicweek.org/)

As suppliers of PPE and outdoor branded workwear, WISE Worksafe are supporting women in the workplace by curating better-fitting garments to reduce snagging and poor fit, offering more style with choice.

As we approach International Women’s Day 2024, it’s good to be reminded of our roles to inspire inclusion. When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment.
