Supporting teachers in the children’s franchise activity sector

As a theatre school franchise with more than 22 years’ experience in the industry, we have many former teachers who have joined our network as franchisees and opened their own theatre school. Many of our current franchisees started out with us as assistants or teachers and have progressed through the ranks. To further support these teachers, we are delighted to announce the launch of the Razzamataz Training Academy, a platform that we believe will revolutionise the ongoing development of our staff. Upon completion of the course, available free of charge to all Razzamataz staff for a limited period, each teacher will receive a diploma that is recognised throughout the network.?

Even though many teachers will not have any business experience, our training, support, and mentorship enables them to create successful schools. The Training Academy will give teachers and staff access to information and advice about franchising and the business side of running a school. The Teacher Training Platform enables us to assist with the career progression of everyone that works for Razzamataz, giving many people the opportunity to fulfil their ambitions.?

To launch this exciting initiative, we are delighted to announce the Razzamataz Team Celebration Day on Sunday 13th November at the iconic Pineapple Dance Studios in Covent Garden, London. In attendance will be many Razzamataz teachers and staff members, as well as people who are currently considering joining the network as a teacher or franchisee.?

Headlining the event is West End and Broadway musical theatre star Kerry Ellis, who has fast become recognised as the leading lady of musicals from her starring roles in sell-out shows. Alongside Kerry, there will be a Hamilton masterclass from former cast member and Razzamataz student Perter Reid as well as the opportunity to meet some of the Head Office team and learn more about the opportunities with the Teacher Training Platform.??
