I recently had the pleasure of conversing with Vanessa Vallely OBE, founder of WeAreTheCity which was founded in 2008 and, has over 120,000 professional female members and helps over 100 corporate companies to retain and develop their female talent.

Vanessa's corporate experience stems from a 25 year career in Banking, holding roles such as Head of Governance, Business Management & COO.

The aim of WeAreTheCity is:-
