At the heart of our organisation is a small armed forces community, using skills developed in the military to help deliver our transformation. This group includes not only veterans, but also serving reservists, family members and individuals with various military connections. Together, they form a welcoming network, bringing unique perspectives and experiences to Companies House to help shape our future whilst supporting one another.??

We’ve moved to a hybrid approach - combining home and office-based working - and we offer flexible working, understanding that our people are at their best when they can effectively manage their professional responsibilities alongside their personal lives.??
