Support YOURSELF rather than the NASDAQ
Globally, we are getting unhealthier, unhealthier and unhealthier.
We may go to our local doctor, or be transported to our local Hospital for treatment, take some pills, but continue to eat the food and drink the drinks that are all around the world causing health issues. Nothing is going to change our health if we don't change our food/drinks consumption.
Lots of homemade food items from decades ago were real, say for example homemade bread. It contained:
flour. yeast. water. salt
That's just 4 ingredients.
Nowadays, there are more than 4 ingredients in bought loaves of bread. Plus there are artificial, chemically modified ingredients.
Back in the day a loaf of bread lasted 1 day to eat fresh, day 2 you had to toast it, day 3 you had to break it up and threw it over to the ducks on the river. It was a fresh bread, no artificial ingredients so it didn't 'last'. Nowadays, all the added sugar, salt, fat, chemicals, minerals, GMO artificial ingredients do happen to make the loaf last longer, much longer ... but it's not good for our health.
They might even have a Health Star Rating on them ... but they contain ingredients, lots and lots of ingredients, some of them not good. We have gone from 4 ingredients for bread to 14+ ingredients, including lots of artificial sugars and lots of salt and oils.
When we consume products that have lots of sugar + salt + fat in them ... we want more. So we eat more. We eat a lot more nowadays vs years ago.
Homemade soup - say for example pumpkin soup. It contains:
pumpkin. vegetable stock. salt and pepper. water. herbs

I just researched the ingredients in a common brand of pumpkin soup - 17 ingredients, obviously one of them is Pumpkin, but there is artificial sugars, salts, more sugars, more sugars, more salt, chemically modified ingredients etc. Ingredients in it that create a phenomenon of craving to eat more.
So I want us to focus on healthy food, like real food, not 'products' - which didn't even exist 100 years ago.
And here's a great way to manifest a change in what you purchase and consume.

There are so many brands around the world, but pretty much all of them are owned by only 10 companies. And, if you've got a moment, go do some of your own research - what is the Market Capital for these 10 companies ... billions, billions, billions.
And everytime you purchase one of the common western diet products from these 10 companies, you are supporting their money, their market cap, their shareholders - not your health, not your families health, not your friends and colleagues health.
Another great tip: you don't have to be a chef to feed your body, but you need to be in charge of what you purchase and consume. You know I always say:
I'm not a chef, but I AM the head chef of my body
And so are you my friend.
Eat some fresh food today, drink more water - less sugary drinks (their market cap is billions you don't need to continue to support them ??) and also make sure you stand, move, stretch and exercise.
