You need to create strategies or find ways to support yourself at work. And, if required take assistance from your colleagues, manager, or management.

Everyone appreciates a multitasker as they seem so efficient from the outside. But, in the long run, on the inside, multitasking can negatively impact your mental health.?
Also, according to research, multitasking makes you less productive.?
You may be amazing at your work, but if you feel stuck on something, make sure you ask for support.?
Be open to taking help and offering help. Sharing ideas, opinions, struggles, and accomplishments can help you overcome challenges.?
If you are struggling with your finances it will somehow reflect on your daily work and life. Lost focus, low productivity, more stress.?
Keep your finances in check and if needed seek guidance.
It’s easier to give in to distractions when you are loaded with work. Your mind finds ways to procrastinate or avoid getting started till the deadline is looming over you.?
Train your mind to be in the now as it allows you to pause and focus increasing your creativity and productivity.
