Support Scotland’s Mental Health by Writing Your Will This October

I’m delighted to say that SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health) has partnered with Lindsays Solicitors to launch a campaign that allows people across Scotland to create or update their Wills while supporting vital mental health services.?

This October only, you can make or update your Will with Lindsays in exchange for a donation to SAMH. It’s an incredible offer – I’m telling everyone I know to take advantage of it!

The whole process can be done remotely, so you don’t need to live near a Lindsays office to take advantage of this. I am grateful to Lindsays for their continued commitment to SAMH and the wellbeing of our communities.

Why write a Will with Lindsays?

Writing or updating your Will with the help of a solicitor gives you peace of mind that your wishes will be respected. It simplifies matters for your family and loved ones too. All funds raised will go directly to SAMH, supporting vital services for individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. Suggested donations are ￡200 for a single Will or ￡300 for a pair of mirror Wills.
