We know the world of work is changing so fast these days. This speed of change also tells us that our employees need even more support. We know the future brings even more uncertainly, and with mental health challenges on the rise, we have a responsibility as leaders to provide support. This does not mean good benefits and a paycheck. Being SUPPORTIVE is so much more!
While fair compensation and good benefits are certainly ways to support your team members, providing professional development opportunities, building trust, and fostering a sense of inclusion are other ways to offer SUPPORT to your employees.
