Support for Kneeling NFL Players
I think these players have the right to kneel while national anthem is played. I have interviewed in person during my research several single moms in public housing units to see how tough their life is. Teenagers were beaten when they moved from one public housing to another, and subsidized rents often were higher than market rents nearby. I doubt that these kneeling players and NFL executives know how hard the public housing life really is. I would support strongly kneeling players, if and only if, kneeling players and all NFL executives who support these players would: (1) donate at least a third of their pre-tax earnings to charities with minimal operating expenses of their choice, and (2) spell out real policy options that they would like to see implemented.
