Planning for Exit?

Where do you want your business to be in five years time? Where do you want to be in five years time? Most importantly how will you get there? Phil Redfern, MD of React Engineering, had ideas for where he wanted to take the business, and developing his management team, but needed to get a plan in place. He and his team worked with Ian Duffew on a business growth plan. Phil said: "it was really good to work with somebody who could kind of focus that make sure that that was the sort of time and space to air anything that needed to come out. But also get us to a conclusion as well"?
