Key Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• End-User Support: Strong skills in providing Level 1 support for users, including diagnosing and resolving common technical problems.
• Operating Systems: Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux.
• Network Troubleshooting: Understanding of basic networking concepts like IP configuration, DNS, and connectivity issues.
• Software Installation & Configuration: Experience with installing, configuring, and updating software applications.
• Active Directory Management: Familiar with user account management and permissions.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for assisting non-technical users.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
