We are looking for an experienced and motivated team leader to join our Operations & Service team. As a planning team leader, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain activities maximizing efficiency and productivity.
responsibilities:
lead the overall supply chain activities (Procurement, Inventory control, Warehousing, Logistics, Shipments)
Collaborate with Sales, QA, Engineering and Finance to ensure sufficient material and efficient process flow within Operations as well as customer’s satisfaction.
Responsible for Production & Planning control day to day including quarterly inventory reports.
Identify supply chain’s bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner, Suggest solutions for process improvements.
Train and evaluate subordinates.
requirements and qualification:
BA in Industrial management, Logistics, or similar relevant field??
previous working experience as a Supply Chain managerial role for at least 2 years
Hands on experience with production & planning control (Tappi)
previous working experience in the medical device industry – an Advantage
Hands on experience with ERP Priority ?- an Advantage
