Supply Chain Manager - Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. ?
- 7+ years of Supply Chain Management experience in Aerospace Structural Manufacturing and/or Defense industries.? ??
- Must have Electrical Components Manufacturing experience. ?
- Prior experience managing a team in Supply Chain Management. ?
- Strong leadership, team building, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.?
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Supply Chain Manager - Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Supply Chain Management process to include supply chain strategic/tactical planning and execution activities associated with business processes, from point of backlog order enter to customer receipt of product to ensure quality, delivery and cost objectives are achieved.
- Provide strategy management and strategic leadership and align organizational direction for the supply chain function across strategic business units/operations centers.
- Ensure processes for supply chain management results in the highest level for both internal and external customer satisfaction. ?
- Manage materials and services acquirement at the lowest cost to the company.
- Lead and participate in the selection, evaluation, and management of suppliers.
- Manage Master Scheduling and Production Control.
- Partner with production control and master scheduling, S&OP leader, and supply chain team to ensure end-to-end forward looking supply chain process and execution, including demand, sales order entry, production planning, inventory management, and material preparation. ?
