Job Responsibilities:

• Provide regular reports to the project management team and client, highlighting progress and any deviations from the plan.
• Ensure high-quality finishes, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in inspections and acceptance procedures alongside the owner’s representatives and classification society.
• Oversee the implementation of maritime construction standards, including safety regulations, material specifications, ergonomics, and compliance with SOLAS and ISO standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and local teams to optimise workflow and progress.
• Supervise all interior outfitting works, including passenger cabins, public areas, restaurants, and crew spaces, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in technical English; knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of materials, outfitting techniques, and applicable maritime regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing outfitting projects on passenger vessels, preferably Ro-Pax or ferry types.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and liaise with international teams.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills.

• 监管海事建筑标准的实施，包括安全法规、材料规范、人体工程学以及符合SOLAS和ISO标准。
• 向项目管理团队和客户定期汇报工作进展及与计划的偏差情况。
• 与船东代表和船级社共同参与检查和验收程序。

资格要求：

• 在客船（尤其是Ro-Pax或渡轮类型）的舾装项目管理方面具有丰富经验。
• 精通材料、舾装技术以及相关的海事法规。
• 具备在跨文化环境中工作以及与国际团队协作的能力。
• 熟练掌握技术英语；懂普通话者优先。
• 具备出色的组织、沟通和项目管理能力。
