?????????Aditya sir joined us in between of our RDC best cadet preparation. One day we all received a message from Revathy ma'am who was in charge of our preparation that you have a surprise interview, be there at the conference room at 1400 hours. We all rushed there on time and waited for our turn. When I finally entered for the interview, there was Aditya sir, sitting, welcoming me with the brightest possible smile. That was the most fun interview till date because it didn't feel like an interview at all (professionally speaking it was pathetic, because I remember being so chirpy and excited as sir made me feel so comfortable). That's how we met Sir for the 1st time!

?????????After the interview, sir introduced himself to us and announced that he will also be in-charge of our preparations. He took us all under his wings and our most memorable journey of approximately 5 months began. One of the most admirable qualities of sir is that he's not at all strict, but very firm. He believes in patiently training all his students and giving them the freedom to explore and use their own imagination.

?????????The best memories from those days is going to the firing range, where we all practiced shooting and our late-night classes where all of us were so tired but still attended with enthusiasm because Aditya sir made them so much fun. We would have group discussions, extempore till 12 at night. we would give the most illogical examples, make silly mistakes but were never scolded for it, instead the appreciation for our efforts, the motivation to do better and the confidence that he has our back made us spread our wings wider and become better day by day. By the end of our preparations, i.e., towards the end of December we were very different persons, more confident, more evolved, a lot optimistic in how we view everything and knew how to handle difficult situations all thanks to sir. Sir has a large contribution in the kind of human beings we have become because we met him at such a crucial age when we were exploring the world and try to figure how to lead our lives.

?????????Sir's contagious aura of happiness, wonderful style of teaching and deep understanding of his surroundings and students has brought out the best in us. For this we shall remain forever grateful!

P.S. : Shashi Kiran secured 3rd Position in All India Best Cadet Competition, JW (Girls) at RDC Camp 2013 at Delhi. She went on to complete the 5 Year Integrated Degree Course in Law from Army Institute of Law (AIL), Mohali and recently got selected for the JAG Branch of Indian Army and will be commissioned as an Army Officer!
