Superstar Rajinikanth honoured with ‘Golden Visa’ by UAE’s culture and tourism department

Superstar Rajinikanth has added another accolade to his illustrious career by being awarded the prestigious Golden Visa by the United Arab Emirates' Department of Culture and Tourism. This honor highlights his significant influence and longstanding contributions to the film industry.

During his recent visit to Abu Dhabi, Rajinikanth expressed his gratitude towards the UAE government and MA Yusuff Ali, the Chairman and Managing Director of Lulu Group, for their warm hospitality and support. In a video shared on social media, the iconic actor stated, “I am deeply honored to receive the prestigious UAE Golden Visa from the Abu Dhabi government. My heartfelt thanks to the Abu Dhabi government and my good friend Mr. Yusuff Ali for facilitating this visa and for all the support.”

The Golden Visa was formally presented to Rajinikanth by Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism, in a ceremony that also saw the presence of Yusuff Ali.

A Celebratory Visit to Abu Dhabi

Rajinikanth’s visit to the UAE was marked by memorable moments with his long-time friend Yusuff Ali and top executives of the Lulu Group. One of the highlights of his trip was a joyful ride in Yusuff Ali’s Rolls Royce, a moment that was captured and shared widely, showcasing the actor’s gleeful demeanor as he journeyed to Yusuff’s residence.
