Here are 3 easy starters to get your creative juices flowing:

  • Have you ever...
  • Which one do you like better...
  • What's your favorite...

These open-ended questions are designed to pique curiosity and invite responses. By keeping it simple, you're more likely to elicit authentic and meaningful engagement from your connections.

Step 2: Coffee Chats for Connection

Once you've posted your question, pay close attention to those who comment on it. These individuals are leaning in to your content. Instead of diving straight into a sales pitch, take the time to connect on a personal level.

Set up 15-minute coffee chats with those who engage with your question. This informal conversation allows you to get to know each other better and discover which of the 3 Cs they fall into:

  • Client: Is this person a potential client for your product or service?
  • Connector: Could this individual introduce you to valuable contacts in your industry?
